If I have to... :P

...after reading your clever post, I'd have to agree with you... at least as far as Phatch goes. I use Microsoft Picture Manager though most of the time... it's pretty good at batch processing things quickly, but I've found you really have to do your math if you want pictures of different orientations done in the same batch. (Pain in the ass, but I don't have to do it often!)

So you're for or against batch resizing? If I'm just posting them up here, I don't mind the batch. (and I like the idea of having them on my server, so I always know where they are, and what else is being stored with them.)

Nah, picasa is good for that, you could also make the album private if you only want to share them with your parents... as for batch resizing images, I think I will finish my post on that soon...

It has always been this wide... did you get a wider monitor? It's dynamic...

I could, but as I said, some parents might think it's weird, at least for the church photos. And with the quality of my new photos comes HUGE filesizes, so I'm thinking I'll just not, because I'd run out of space anyways. (Not to mention it takes what, like 3 minutes to go through a few dozen photos if you automate the resizing, and it'd probably take twice that long to upload all the photos onto Picasa or Flikr

Has your site always been this wide? Hmmm... maybe it has. You could put the photos on Picasa or flikr and then you would not have to worry about resizing, you could just link to the album...
