New Cell Number
I have a new cell number! Bell tried to charge us $20 for switching fees, which is total bullshit because either they block the spam or give me a new number. So the manager (the one in the Bell World helping us) had us call Bell, from our cell phone no less, to get them to say that they’ll take the $20 off our bill, so everything will even out because according to her, she can’t waive it… so we talk to them, and after a while they decide they can’t block the spam, and therefore they’ll let us switch for free (“Which is something we don’t normally do, but in your case we can make an exception.”) So then what does the stupid broad… I mean twit… no wait bitch do? (On a side note, regarding the bitch, when we first went in to tell her the problem, she had no f-ing idea what “spam” is. And she’s the friggin’ manager!) Anyways, so what does she do? She sets the amount charged to $0 effectively waiving it for us, which she clearly stated she couldn’t do. Good god. Either way, bottom line now is, that I have no doubt that one of my stupid stupid non computer friends put my old cell number in their msn account, which was hacked, and so on. (Which is another thing, it took me 20 minutes just to assure the manager that yes, this was spam; no, i do not know these people; no, my account is not set to use mobile; yes, someone has to set up their account for mobile and doesn’t go automatically when you sign up for a cell phone; and no, i have not saved my cell number in any sort of profile on msn or any other site.) So I guess the deal now is, you can have my cell number if:
- you promise not to store my cell number in any sort of account online
- you promise not to bring your cell phone to the bar if you’re going to lose it anyways
- you aren’t a complete retard.
So email me if you want the number, and I will reply as long as you fit the above guidelines.
This is why I use kodoo… I can change my cell number at any time, I just go online and change it. No fee…
already on a plan with bell though — and the boss pays, therefore he chooses which company we go with.
True enough… but you might want to suggest it to him next time the contract is up
Lol okay, if I remember two years from now.
