Party this weekend was fun… or at least Saturday was. Sorry I had to send you guys home so early! Thanks for being so understanding though. Hope you didn’t get sick. We played enough Mario Cart though that I’m wondering if I should invest in another couple of controllers. (If only so I don’t spend a whole two gavin-laps looking at the wrong character!)

…I’m sick, and that’s why I’m at the ‘rents. Ever since early Sunday morning, 6:30am to be exact, I’ve had this “static” noise in my ears. (Think, “You’re playing Call of Duty and your friend shows up out of the blue with her four year old and in your haste you mean to hit the off button, and really you hit the channel button so you ended up with static sound instead.”) So after a day and a half of taking the cold meds to control the fever I decided to go off them because I’m shaky and my pulse is high. (We’re talking a well over 100 resting pulse… even 12 hours after the last cold pill) So Mom is worried, and I just like reassurance that my diagnosis, that I’m sick and my chest is so tight that I have to breathe more to get more air in and therefore my heart has to work faster, is okay and I’ll be fine, which she isn’t giving me so now I’m here. Dad tried to take my blood pressure, but I guess my arm is shaped funny because I’m sure my blood pressure is not “E”.

Anyways, think I’m going to go to sleep now. Hope you’re all healthy!
