That looks similar to the one my grandma used to use, but I like the jam take on things instead of the corn syrup. (plus I have no corn syrup) Mum says it's just 2 tbsp jam + 1 tbsp water, stir (& potentially heat) until well mixed and then spread. I couldn’t find glaze mix… but maybe Market Fresh will have some.
