Came out today (erm, yesturday… just looked at the clock) But I know most of you aren’t in to him, so I’ll keep my notes short: I haven’t seen it yet, sadly. Michelle’s coming down on Friday and we’re going to see it sometime between when she gets here and when she leaves. (more comments on this below) Yet again, I haven’t seen it! But then, will I be disapointed? I deliberately didn’t read the books for an entire year (OMG!) in the hopes that maybe, just maybe, they wouldn’t leave something out that I felt was important, or change something I felt was important, or worse yet, remember Daniel Radcliffe in Extras playing with a condom, and then see that the entire movie and then have a bunch of people look at me weird when I randomly start laughing… wait, I said short, didn’t I…

So as I said above, Michelle’s coming down this weekend! Haven’t seen her in ages, and I’m curious how she looks now after the surgery. Her Mom and Nana are shopping in the Kitchener/Waterloo area this weekend. I don’t know what could possibly draw them to the area, but they’re coming down anyways. Michelle takes forever to answer her emails. Had to email her today just to see if she was coming down on Friday or Saturday. (it makes all the difference in when I vaccuum and do laundry) Turns out she’s coming down Friday “sometime after lunch”. Um… she knows I work, right? Or maybe she’s like most people and just assume my dad lets me have any day off willy-nilly. (He does, but with a pay cut. And quite frankly, with how hard he works, I feel guilty about not working.) Her email also kinda makes it sound like her Mom & Nana are also staying here, just out during the day. Um… hopefully I read that wrong. First of all, it’s not easy to sleep 4 people period, especially when no one shares the double bed. Secondly, if they come, it’ll be early to bed, early to rise, and certainly no new Billy Talent III. So that equals less time with Michelle, less Harry Potter fun, and less swearing. Hopefully I read that wrong. (I think already said that.) Hopefully they get a hotel. I don’t mind if they visit and stay for dinner one night. In fact, I expect that. (I even plan on cleaning out my big closet tomorrow ) But hopefully I read the sleeping part wrong.

On another note, sorry you got put two paragraphs down guys…, Thanks for inviting me down last weekend Zoe & Gavin! Was totally fun! We should really get together more often. Hillside is on next weekend (25/26) but I don’t really recognize anyone on the schedule, so it might be as good as your Sunfest was. There’s still passes available for Friday Night and Sunday, not sure how much they are though, site is under maintenance. But you’re welcome down anyways!

Trying to import all my old tracks from the original RCT into the latest one… wish there was a one-click fast thing… aparently not. There’s only 2000+ to go through… in a way, I’m kinda glad that less than half so far appear to work. Less work for me…

That’s weird, it just published on me. I probably hit the mousepad. that’s annoying. oh well, you’ll only miss if you’re reading now.

Now i’m just procrastinating. Should go to bed, so I can get up early, and get to work early, so I can justify doing laundry while working… plus, maybe I’ll get the manuals done tomorrow and then I can stop early enough to clean out my closet and all that will be left is vacuuming and emptying the fridge. (yikes.)

oh! my rag quilt is almost ready for the cutting step. not there yet, and probably won’t be through this weekend, but thought i’d announce it just the same. decided to do it backwards than originally planned. i plan to do it with the sweatshirts on the back, the part you’d likely have against you, because it’ll probably be warmer that way. plus, that jean pocket i plan to stitch on the back might show up more on the sweatshirts.

seriously, should stop now.
