		<description>...and haven&#039;t you been over to my house when I made the pizza dough?  I&#039;m sure you did in PTBO at least a couple times.  This time I resorting to premade dough, bought on Sat., if only so I don&#039;t have to do so much the night before.</description>

		<description>yeah it&#039;s the rising time I don&#039;t have time for.  I&#039;m getting picked up at 10am... plus I have to have me ready, and there&#039;s a little more to the recipe than just rolling it out, plus cooking time... oh man, I&#039;m still going to have to get up at 6!

also -- i make pizza dough fairly often, it doesn&#039;t seem to take that long! i think i add the ingredients and mix them up (say 5 minutes) and then knead until it&#039;s smooth (say...10 min? i probably only last about 8 though) and then I let it rise (1.5-2 hours), smoosh and rest for 10 minutes and then roll out! so -- only about 20 minutes active time!

and wait -- i think i saw a recipe where someone used their stand mixer instead of kneading! you have one of those!! i&#039;ll go see if I can find it...</description>
