That's why I'm not turning it down, which I think was his intention. That's what I'm worried about too. I'd steal a bunch of newspapers to wrap my dishes in, but if I get a house that doesn't have a dishwasher... that's a lot of dishes to wash! I wonder if I could pack my linens and dishes together, so then everything would stay clean and safe, and then worse case scenario is that I have to iron some things first. I'm very excited, I'm having a hard time containing it! We haven't made an offer yet, and if we get to negotiations and it doesn't go well, then I'll have to keep looking, not to mention someone could make an offer first and I don't want to get so hung up on the house that I end up going way over budget, so maybe I shouldn't be this excited... but it's not wearing off!
