Hooray!    I finished them last night, and when I got up this morning, on the brief moment the sun was actually shining, I noticed that my room wasn’t nearly as hot, or bright as without them.  (as planned!)  So happy.  Pictures are below…

Moved my bed under the window (which surprisingly makes my bedroom feel bigger) and slept with the window wide open, and when I got up, I had a bit of a sunburn.  Fantastic.  (note the sarcasm)

Dad came over, and he screwed the bookshelf into the safety thing, and the safety thing into the wall, and now the bookshelf doesn’t move.  The doors went on, straightenend, and we’re good.  There’s a bit of a gap between the two doors, but it really isn’t that bad, so I’m happy.
