Today was busy.
Got up early, took the d-o-g out, made all sorts of notes for things I’d need for the rest of the day, and got ready to go!

We went to Stan’s office a 4:45, the seller’s agent was due to call at 5, she did.  He told her our offer, and then she said she’d phone the guy see if it’s okay, and then phone us right back.  So we waited.  And waited.  And waited.  I don’t know whether he was just [...]

He’s come back with $131,000… we’re going back with $129,000 since we think it’ll cost  the $5,000 to bring it up to the same standards as what I’m living in now… we’ll see how this goes.  Stan hasn’t called me back to agree with me on $129, so we’ll see.
